Much of the training performed by TABC was compliance based and was driven by state
mandates and requirements. TABC has migrated much of the routine training online
using the Create tool in InformaOne to produce interactive courses.
State law has numerous certification requirements that require a complex mix of
training and minimum credit hour requirements. By using the Process Manager, included
in the Process Flow Manager, TABC was able to manage this complex
re-certification and notification challenge.
By implementing the InformaOne solution, TABC has moved from a paper and email based
system – with no audit trail – to a totally managed process-drive solution that
provides the ability to track and manage all aspect of the training, audit trail
