Our overall solution is built around InformaOne, and Informa Systems has a long term commitment to developing InformaOne to meet the ever changing certification, training management and compliance needs of organizations. We have pioneered a number of innovations including the ability to link documents and equipment-based training to certifications as well as the development of a process-driven certification system which will allow certifications to be created and managed using an easy-to-use process flow diagram.

Our InformaOne solution has helped organizations such as FedEx, Blue Cross, City of Austin, City of Arlington, Irving Police Department, Los Angeles Police Department, Centene, Maine Criminal Justice Academy, National Urban League, The Research Foundation – SUNY and many others to manage their compliance, training, certification and workflow. To date, there have been over 2 million users of the InformaOne software system.
Our History
Founded in 1995 by a group of engineers, scientists and technicians in San Antonio, Texas, Informa Systems has over 15 years of experience developing and implementing e-certification and training solutions in a range of organizations. Our early work focused on creating custom e-Learning for the energy and transportation industries including a series of industry-wide programs which are part of the US-wide certification in alternative energy training.

Our Goal

Our overall goal is very simple: To create great software that will simplify very complex workflow processes in certification, training and compliance, and for this, we invest heavily in our tools. In fact, over 60% of revenue is invested in product development – with the goal of making our tools easier to use and more intuitive.
Our Business Model
Treating people right is how we do business. We treat our customers as we'd want to be treated, and we treat each other with respect. In fact the average tenure of staff at Informa Systems is over 6 years – a record in the software industry.
We're also big believers in sound business. We don't spend more than we earn, we don't waste money on things that don't matter, and we don't give away everything for free. We are fiscally prudent, and for this we have a great credit rating and 16 profitable years in a row to back it up.
